The Saint Paul Vulcans organization was established in 1886 and is the oldest operated organization in the country. The Vulcan Krewe promotes a rich tradition and provides entertainment, education, and community service to numerous parades, carnivals, schools, instituitions and to families throughout the Twin Cities, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
